世界展開できるIFP奨学金のモデルを思いついた！- IFP scholarship projects for the world

代表の福原です。IFP奨学金をフィリピンの大学生に授与するためにフィリピンに来てるんですが、
　
『日本からフィリピンに与えるだけ』ってのは違うと思ってました。
　
日本からフィリピンに与えるように、フィリピンから日本にも与える。
じゃないと、いまいちプロジェクトは大きくならない。日本の人は本気では応援してくれない。
　
どっちが上とか下とかない、本当の意味のシェアの仕組みをつくりたい。
　
　
今日の朝、思いつきました！
　
自分の中ですごいアイデア。
　
　
『フィリピン人は日本のために何ができるか？』
　
　
どう考えますか？
　
　
僕のアイデアはこれです！
　
　
“フィリピンのIFP奨学生がアクティブに社会活動を行う” そしてそのポジティブなエネルギーを日本に見せる。
　
　
具体的には、IFP奨学生に、自分の大学にIFPの支部をつくってもらい、そこで２つのプロジェクトを実行してもらいます。(この具体案を今朝思いついた)
　
　
【IFP World Scholarshipプロジェクト奨学生がやる２つのこと】
１）フィリピンでIFP交流会を開催し、翌年の奨学金を集める
　
２）翌年の奨学生を選出するコンテストを行う
　
　
１）について
ただ寄付を集めるのではなく、参加者に楽しんでもらえる交流会を開催します。その参加費の一部を奨学金に使います。交流会では必ずプレゼンを行い、理念をしっかり発信します。
　
これらにより、社会活動に関心がなかった人も関心を持ってくれるし、熱心なスタッフも常に現れます。
　
　
２）について　
毎年、この奨学金プロジェクトを行うためには、リーダーシップとモチベーションを持ってる奨学生を選出する必要があります。
(交流会と選出コンテストを運営できる必要があるため)
　
それを選出するためのコンテストをやってもらいます。
　
例えば、『社会活動コンテスト』とかがいいかもしれません。
　
奨学生を選出するということ以上に、コンテストに関係した人（スタッフ、参加者、ネットでこのプロジェクトについて知った人など）に
『社会と共に自分を生きる』というメッセージを届けることができるってのが、大きいです。
　
　
初年度の奨学金は日本のIFPがサポートをして給与しますが、
翌年からは各国の各大学のIFP支部によって、資金繰りをして、運営するシステムをつくりたいと思ってます。
　
もし、ある大学でこれら２つのプロジェクトを実行できる組織がつくれれば、
IFPはまた新たに違う大学で奨学金制度をつくることができます。
　
そして、フィリピン中の大学、さらに世界中の大学に奨学金をつくっていけるかもしれません。
　
何より大事なのは、学校数ではありません。
・奨学金制度でありながら、日本とフィリピンが対等でシェアの関係にあること。
・『フィリピンががんばることで、日本に良い影響を与える』これにより、応援してくれる日本人が増えること。企業とか政府を巻き込みやすくなる。
・フィリピン人、日本人、世界中の人が、『社会と共に自分を生きる』ということを、よりアグレッシブに行っていく大きく寄与すること。
　
こんな可能性を秘めた、IFP奨学金制度を、今現地の、社会活動にものすごい熱心な仲間たちと「どうつくっていこうか？」と奮闘しています！
　
ひょんな出会いから、明日は市長さんと話せることになったし！(一番話したかった人)
　
今後が楽しみすぎる！！

We IFP make a scholarship for university students in Philippines.
We gather money for the scholarship by making international student’s meeting in Japan.
　
Philippinos shouldn’t only be given by Japanese, but give something to Japanese.
It will be the relationship of truth and we can get many supporters in the result. There is no idea which is sperior or inferior. We are even.
　
So what is Philippinos can do for Japanese?
　
“We Philippinos should make social activities” and show the positive power to Japanese.
　
　
We want person given scholarship to make a group (IFP Philippines) and make two projects.
　
1)making IFP friendship meeting in Philippines to make money for the next year’s scholarship
　
2)making a contest to select the next year’s student given scholarship
　
　
Concerned with 1. We make a friendship meeting here. We will take additional fee(100 pesos) per a participant to make money for the next year’s scholarship.
　
Concerned with 2. We should select next year’s scholarship student who has leadership and motivation to make this project. Any project is OK, if we can select a person who can make this project on next year.
For example, I think making social activities contest is good. This will be not only for selection of good person but also making good influence to people concerned (staff, participants, people watching this project on WEB)
　
I think first year’s scholarship is supported by IFP Japan, from second year by IFP of each university.
　
If one university can make these two projects, IFP can make new university’s scholarship project. And then we can make scholarships all over Philippines and the world.
　
We can make positive influences to Philippinos and Japanese they are willing to make something for society and both countries will be better.
